Loyalty Grades, LLC (herein "LoyaltyGrades", "we" or "our") provides services and mobile apps (collectively, the "Services") to customers that offer such customers and their end users (hereinafter "you") various opportunities, including but not limited to: (i) a means to collect feedback from users, (ii) the ability capture feedback from users immediate via an iPad. In this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about users of our Services, which are available via mobile applications offered in the Apple and Android app stores. Your use of our Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes, which is incorporated by reference into this Policy.

What Information Do We Collect About You and Why?

  1. Account Information. When you download and use our mobile app, we assign you an iPad code. This code is used to determine which survey to display.
  2. Your Content and Usage. We collect the survey responses submitted to the Services, as well as information about when the responses were submitted, and other activities.
  3. Information We Collect Automatically. We may automatically collect the following information about your use of the Services: access time, device ID, application ID or other unique identifier; domain name, IP address, screen views; geo-location data (with your permission); language information; device name and model; operating system information; your activities within the Services; and the length of time that you are logged in. We may combine this information with other information that we have collected about you.
  4. Social Media Sites. You can like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, and promote us on other social media sites. We collect information about who has liked us or followed us. However, we don't associate your social media account with your LoyaltyGrades account.

How We Use Your Information.

In general, we use the information we collect about you to provide and operate the Services, to respond to your requests, and to provide customer service and technical support.

How We Share Your Information.

The information we collect about you, including personally identifiable information, may be shared as follows:

  • Service Providers. We may disclose the information we collect from you to third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform functions on our behalf.
  • Business Transfers. If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the other company.
  • Third Parties and Business Partners. We may share the information we gather about you and other users with our third party business partners, including advertisers. For example, if you post content that mentions one of our business partners, we may share that content with them. As noted, we don't collect name or contact information for suggestions and comments posted anonymously, (unless you post it in your comment or reply).
  • In Response to Legal Process. LoyaltyGrades cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of LoyaltyGrades or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.
  • To Protect Us and Others. We also may disclose the information we collect from you where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use or this Policy, or as evidence in litigation in which Snap Suggest is involved.
  • Aggregate and De-Identified Information. We may also share aggregate or de-identified information about users with third parties for marketing, advertising, research or similar purposes.
  • Push Notifications/Alerts

    We may send push notifications or alerts to your device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your device or by changing your LoyaltyGrades settings.

    Cookies

    Our Website may use "cookie" technology. "Cookies" are encrypted strings of text that a Web site stores on a user's computer. Cookies enable us to customize our Web site and offerings to your needs and provide you with a better online experience. In addition, Cookies may be used to measure usage of various pages on our Web site to assist us in including only pertinent information that is easily accessible. The types of Cookies that we use are referred to as "session" Cookies and "persistent" Cookies. Session Cookies are temporary and are automatically deleted once you leave the website. Persistent Cookies remain on your computer hard drive until you delete them. We do not use Cookies to ascertain any personally identifiable information about you apart from what you voluntarily provide us. Cookies do not corrupt or damage your computer, programs, or computer files.     Phishing

    Identity theft and the practice currently known as "phishing" are of great concern to us. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your Account information, login password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.

    Third Party Analytics

    We may use automated devices and applications, included those offered by third parties to evaluate usage of our Services. We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our Services. We use these tools to help us improve our Services, performance and user experiences. We do not share your personal information with these third parties.

    Third-Party Links

    As a resource to our visitors, LoyaltyGrades provides links to other websites. Please be aware that these other websites are not covered under LoyaltyGrades's Privacy Policy. We suggest that when linking to another site, you always read that web site's privacy policy before volunteering any personally identifiable information. LoyaltyGrades is responsible for only the privacy statement and content of this Web site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the use of cookies on Web sites through which you have accessed the LoyaltyGrades website or to other sites that you may access following your use of the LoyaltyGrades website.

    Minors

    You must be at least 18 to use our Services. Our Services are not designed for children under 17. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
